1. Guarantees

1.1 Program Guarantee

A 30-day, 100% money-back guarantee applies to all eligible programs that include Evolve Now Mind Institute training.

To request a refund, you must email [email protected] within 30 days of your first payment.

Where a program includes one-to-one coaching or mentoring sessions, the 30-day guarantee period ends upon attendance at your first one-to-one coaching or mentoring session, whichever occurs first.

Access to training materials and participation in group coaching, mentoring, or integration sessions during the guarantee period does not automatically void eligibility for a refund.

After the guarantee period has ended, no refunds will be available.

1.2 Refunds

Refunds for purchases made via PayPal / PayPal Pay Later are subject to PayPal's refund policies.

2. Transfers and Cancellations

2.1 Program Transfers

A program may be transferred to another person only before coaching, mentoring, or training commences.

Once participation has begun, transfers are no longer available.

2.2 Appointment Cancellations

Appointments cancelled more than 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled.

If cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, or if you do not attend, no reschedule or refund will be available.

3. Programs and Services

3.1 Program Delivery

Christie Moran Mentoring will deliver mentoring programs, coaching services, training programs, and related services substantially as described in promotional materials.

Dates, times, trainers, facilitators, coaches, and delivery formats may be adjusted where necessary.

Certification requirements, including attendance, participation, and assessments, will be communicated clearly.

Watching recordings alone does not count towards certification.

3.2 Intellectual Property

All training, mentoring, coaching, and program materials remain the property of Christie Moran Mentoring.

You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence for your own use only.

Materials may not be copied, reproduced, sold, distributed, or shared without written consent.

3.3 Participant Responsibility

By enrolling, you confirm participation is voluntary and that you take full responsibility for your own well-being.

These mentoring programs, coaching services, trainings, and related offerings may evoke emotions but are not a substitute for therapy, counselling, psychological treatment, or medical care.

Your results depend on your willingness to participate, your focus, and your actions.

Christie Moran Mentoring cannot and does not guarantee specific outcomes or results.

You remain fully responsible for your own results, well-being, decisions, and actions during and after mentoring, coaching, training, and participation in any related services.

4. Payment and Access

4.1 Payment Terms

All fees must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed.

Payment may be made via PayPal, card, or bank transfer.

Access to mentoring programs, coaching services, training programs, events, or related materials may be suspended if payments are declined or reversed.

Payments processed via PayPal are subject to PayPal's terms and privacy policy.

4.2 Confidentiality

Christie Moran Mentoring, its coaches, contractors, and affiliates uphold strict confidentiality and privacy practices.

Your personal information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By enrolling in our programs or services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

4.3 Access to Recordings and Online Materials

Where training recordings are included as part of an Evolve Now Mind Institute program, access is provided via Evolve Now Mind Institute's online learning platform.

Access to these recordings is guaranteed for a minimum period of up to 24 months from the date of purchase, in line with Evolve Now Mind Institute's hosting and licensing arrangements.

Christie Moran Mentoring makes no guarantee that recordings will remain available beyond this period.

Access may be removed, updated, or discontinued after this time without notice.

Live training attendance remains the primary method of program delivery.

5. Liability and Release

You agree to release and hold harmless Christie Moran, Christie Moran Mentoring, and any employees, contractors, trainers, coaches, affiliates, or representatives from claims arising from your participation in mentoring, coaching, training, events, or related services, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

Payment or written/email confirmation of participation will be treated as acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

6. Health and Well-Being

6.1 Nature of Services

Coaching is a facilitation process and is not counselling, psychotherapy, psychological treatment, or medical treatment.

Coaches may be trained and certified in NLP, Matrix Therapies, Archetypal Coaching, Passion & Purpose Coaching, and other related modalities.

They are not acting as doctors, counsellors, psychologists, psychiatrists, or other licensed healthcare providers unless explicitly stated.

6.2 Participant Health Requirements

You confirm you are physically and psychologically fit to participate.

You agree to inform Christie Moran Mentoring of any medication, health condition, diagnosis, or circumstance that may materially affect your participation.

You agree to consult with your doctor or mental health professional as needed, particularly regarding medication adjustments.
